Refund & Return Store Policy

All refunds must be pre-approved by Customer Service before returning merchandise via UPS, within 15 days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact our office to discuss refund procedures & returns @ 704-587-1435 or email literature@sim.org. You will receive your choice of either a store credit or a refund to be applied to the card used for original purchase.

We respect your privacy so be assured, we will not sell or rent your phone number, email address, billing & shipping address, or any personal information about you, to anyone outside our organization. If store.sim.org has your email address on file, you may occasionally receive emails and newsletters with special offers that might interest you. However, if you would prefer not to receive any e-mail of this nature from us, please send an email to literature@sim.org with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line and we will gladly remove your email address from our mailing list. You may also call our customer service line @ 704-587-1435 to request your email address by removed from out list.
